Cristal Ngo received her Masters in Counseling from the  University of Wisconsin (Superior). Cristal's path into counseling grew out of lived experience—years of volunteering, deep self-inquiry, and a personal commitment to healing. Long before formal training, she witnessed how pain, resilience, and transformation show up in real people's lives. That exposure shaped not only how she listens, but how she shows up for others. Today, she works as a professional counselor and is a doctoral student in counseling. Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in both science and compassion.  She support clients navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma-related sleep issues, relationship difficulties, separation/divorce, grief, neurodivergence, substance use, burnout, perfectionism, spiritual questions, and more. Many of the people she worked with carry invisible wounds—trauma held in the body, emotions locked away, or a quiet sense that something’s missing. Together, she works to assist individuals to recognise those patterns, release each trauma, reconnect to the self, and restore a sense of wholeness.
